I Think Ive Found Out Why Craft, Herb, Firemaking And Fletch Dont Work Properly. It's Not Actually The Skills Themselves, It's The Using An Item On Another Item.

Think About It:

Firemaking = Logs On A Tinderbox

Craft = Chisel On A Gem

Herblore = Vial Of Water On A Herb

Fletching = Logs On A Knife
